Gulu, Northern Uganda: These children were born in internally displaced people's camp and are growing up there, they don't know how life is when there is no war, all they have known their entire life is a life in war. The success of the peace talks between the government of Uganda and the Lord's Resistance Army will show them that there is after all life outside the refugee camp.
